Relate to 5 hours of intense morning work being the threshold of useful, creative productivity. Dropping the idea that work, or my time, is inherently tied to the generation of money seems to be the nearest I can get to another paradigm of ‘work’. Trying to find a place where the tasks I turn my attention to could perhaps, somehow, create income, but that is not their reason for existing or their primary objective. As a friend has always said “do the right things, and the right things happen”.
Micro/macro dosing for existential exploration has proven to be a powerful tool for me, they’ve allowed a lot of insights to blossom that were closed down previously.
